This estate was already present in the 16th century. According to ancient land registry maps, a small building existed here as early as 1500, likely used as a farmhouse.
Over the centuries, significant urban and agricultural changes led to the expansion of the property by the various owners who followed one another.
Among the most notable residents was General Zanetti, who lived here from the late 1800s to the early 1950s and contributed to improving, modernizing, and enhancing the estate.
